The only reason the Farseer can do it is because of teleport + conceal + confuse.

I'm not sure of the other characters (Mekboy, Captain, Lord General, Shas 'O Commander) are capable of solo'ing all 20 waves of the last stand. In Retribution, he can solo neither BC nor AoK. If you don't have Retribution he can still solo wave 20 of the Bloody Colloseum, but this means you'll only be playing Chaos Rising. The Chaos Sorcerer was able to do it prior to Retribution (because of Daemonic Gift of Sustenance) but this hasn't been the case since 2011 (when DGoS was nerfed). Never heard about anyone solo'ing all 20 waves with a Hive Tyrant, but then again, I never bothered actively looking for it either. I doubt the Hive Tyrant can do it - the genestealers + feedback invulnerability synergy used to be great back in the day, but it has since been nerfed to be less effective.

In Retribution, Paychak's Farseer is to my knowledge pretty much the only character which can solo all 20 waves on both arena's.
